Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US (DT-US) in the OCIO PMO is seeking a Manager to drive world-class delivery of major internal technology programs. You will partner with Business Portfolio Leads to ensure accurate status, governance, and dashboards across multiple portfolios, while guiding teams to on-time, on-budget outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of project/program management experience on large, cross-functional IT initiatives.
• 3+ years of SAFe/Agile project leadership including strategy and implementation plans.
• 1+ year of people management overseeing PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of IT project financial management (planning, budgeting, forecasting).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio financial reporting, budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and spend-to-plan reporting.
• Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Manage program risk/issue management and escalation with defined action plans.
• Oversee IT projects including software, infrastructure, cloud migrations, and data moves.
• Develop deep business knowledge of assigned portfolios/products.
• Coordinate resources across lifecycle and resolve conflicts.
• Create detailed master schedules and foster collaboration across teams.
• Supervise junior PMO staff and offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure adherence to processes, project plans, schedules and budgets.
• Prepare regular status reports and dashboards for sponsors and CIO leadership.
• Monitor budgets and take corrective actions; drive process improvements.
• Promote best practices and foster teamwork and continuous improvement.
