Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a DT-US Manager in the OCIO PMO to lead portfolio programs and drive delivery of major internal technology initiatives across AI, Cloud, and Cyber. This role partners with portfolio leads to ensure programs meet scope, schedule, and budget while maintaining high quality and governance standards.

You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, manage risks and communications, and coach PMO staff across onshore and offshore teams to optimize performance and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in project/program management on large IT initiatives.
• 3+ years leading SAFe/Agile projects and business case development.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• 3+ years of IT financial management including budgeting, forecasting and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Lead cross-functional teams in delivery of high-risk, complex programs/projects.
• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects including software, cloud, data migrations, and system integrations.
• Develop audience-specific portfolio dashboards and communications for sponsors and leadership.
• Mentor PMO team members and coordinate offshore resources to ensure timely delivery.
