Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US is seeking a PMO Operations Manager to lead the PMO Operations team, owning processes, tools, and reporting that deliver timely insight into program status and risks. You will serve as PMO process owner for the ServiceNow SPM module and design AI solutions to improve efficiency across projects.

You will manage budget, performance, training, and stakeholder relationships across DT-US, with travel 0–10% and a predominantly remote work model.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM/Program Management on large IT initiatives using structured methodologies.
• 3+ years managing full lifecycle IT projects including business case development and implementation.
• Recent experience using generative AI tools to improve program reporting or process efficiency.
• 1+ year of people/process management experience mentoring PMs and coordinators.
• 3+ years of project/program financial management including budgeting and forecasting.
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Business Admin or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO Operations team as sole leader, delivering strong service quality.
• Analyze budget and manage resources to ensure coverage across programs.
• Own the performance management cycle for the PMO team.
• Identify learning opportunities and manage certification requirements (e.g., PMP).
• Own PMO team communications and monthly all-hands events.
• Deliver portfolio-level reporting with senior leaders.
• Maintain PMO governance standards across DT-US.
• Administer ServiceNow SPM module and evolve PMO tooling.
• Design AI and automation to improve reporting, planning, and knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain reusable PMO templates and assets.
• Provide short-term critical support for teams needing rapid PMO setup.
• Evaluate PMO processes and recommend efficiency improvements.
• Interact with senior leaders and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain quality management standards within PMO.
• Travel 0-10%, predominantly remote with option to work from home or Deloitte office.
