Job summary

Deloitte DT-US PMO is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the PMO Operations team, owning processes, tools, and reporting for portfolio status, risks, and decisions. You will administer the ServiceNow SPM module and design AI-enabled improvements across program management.

As sole leader, you will manage the team budget, resources, and certification requirements while maintaining governance standards and delivering reusable PMO assets to DT-US teams, with 0–10% travel and mostly remote work.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Project/Program Management on large IT initiatives using structured PM methods (PMBOK, Prince2)
• 3+ years managing full lifecycle IT projects including strategy/business case development and implementation
• Recent experience using generative AI tools to improve program reporting, documentation, or process efficiency
• 1+ year of people/process management experience
• 3+ years of project/program financial management including planning, forecasting, budgeting, and stakeholder management
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent; travel 0-10% stated

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the PMO Operations team as its sole leader, providing direction, coaching, and performance feedback
• Budget analysis and resource management across programs to ensure appropriate coverage
• Own the performance management cycle for the PMO team
• Identify learning and development opportunities and manage certification requirements (e.g., PMP)
• Own PMO governance standards and processes to support consistent delivery
• Serve as process owner and administrator for the ServiceNow SPM module
• Design AI and automation solutions to improve reporting, planning, and knowledge management
• Develop and maintain reusable PM assets and governance frameworks
• Step into short-term critical needs across DT-US to stand up PM processes and tooling
• Interact with senior leaders and prepare PMO strategy/ performance presentations
• Evaluate PMO processes and recommend efficiency improvements
• Travel 0-10% as needed
