Job summary

Deloitte Technology-US, part of the Office of the CIO PMO, seeks a Manager to lead the PMO Operations team and own processes, tools, and reporting for portfolio status, risks, and decisions. You will design AI solutions, manage budgets, and coach the team in a fast-paced IT environment spanning AI, Cloud, and Cyber initiatives.

You will partner with senior leaders, maintain governance standards, and ensure high-quality PMO services while driving continual process improvements across DT-US.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of PM/Program Management in large IT initiatives using structured methodologies (PMBOK, Prince2).
• 3+ years in full lifecycle IT projects incl. business case development and implementation planning.
• 1+ year of people/process management incl. mentoring PMs and CoPs.
• 3+ years of project/ program financial management (planning, forecasting, budgeting, etc).
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Ability to travel 0-10%; role predominantly remote with option to work from home or Deloitte office.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Responsibilities

• Lead and govern the PMO Operations team and ensure service quality.
• Manage PMO budget and resource assignments across programs.
• Oversee performance management and certification requirements (e.g., PMP).
• Own PMO communications, monthly all-hands meetings, and team events.
• Deliver portfolio reporting and insights to senior leaders and PMO leadership.
• Maintain PMO governance standards and processes.
• Serve as process owner for ServiceNow SPM module and evolve usage.
• Design AI and automation to improve reporting, planning, and knowledge management.
• Develop and maintain reusable PMO templates, tools, and governance frameworks.
• Provide short-term critical support to stand up PMO processes and tooling.
• Evaluate and improve PMO processes to boost efficiency.
