Qualifications

• 6+ years of Project/Program Management experience in large IT initiatives.
• 3+ years of managing full lifecycle IT projects with PMO practices.
• Experience with AI tools and workflow automation is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DT-US PMO Operations team as sole leader, overseeing budget and resources.
• Own portfolio reporting and governance standards across programs.
• Serve as process owner for ServiceNow SPM and drive AI/automation initiatives.
• Develop and maintain PMO assets, templates, and governance frameworks.
