Job summary

Calibre CPA Group is seeking an IT Support & Operations Specialist to deliver advanced tech support across multiple offices and a remote workforce. You will help with onboarding, training, and adoption of firm technology solutions, while maintaining systems and user experiences.

The role focuses on troubleshooting, system administration, security, and supporting various Microsoft 365 services. Some travel to office locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience providing technical support and systems administration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience supporting remote users and multiple office locations.
• Understanding of networking technologies and principles.
• Experience troubleshooting network printers, scanners, and endpoint devices.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for end users onsite and remotely.
• Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and firm applications.
• Support software deployments, hardware installations, and system upgrades.
• Maintain records of support requests and updates; contribute to knowledge base.
• Onboard/offboard employees and manage licensing and access changes.
• Coordinate technology projects and office technology initiatives.
