Job summary

Calibre CPA Group, PLLC is seeking an experienced IT Support & Operations Specialist to deliver advanced technical support and operational assistance across our offices and remote workforce. You will support end users, maintain systems, and drive technology projects to ensure reliable IT services.

The role emphasizes troubleshooting, onboarding, training, and adoption of firm technology solutions, with responsibilities spanning Active Directory, Microsoft 365, security, and asset management.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field with 3–5 years of proven experience in technical support and systems administration.
• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
• Experience supporting remote users and multiple office locations.
• Understanding of networking technologies and endpoint devices.
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for employees seeking technical support onsite and remotely.
• Troubleshoot access, MFA, SSO, VPN, and connectivity issues.
• Provide advanced support for hardware, software, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Support conference room tech, AV equipment, Teams functionality, and office tech.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Windows, Microsoft 365, and firm software.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve issues and drive resolutions.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Maintain records of support requests and system updates.
• Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements.
• Document SOPs and maintain a public IT knowledge base.
