Job summary

Meta Care Inc. seeks a Technology Support & Digital Operations Specialist to support a distributed U.S. workforce. The role covers IT help desk, onboarding/offboarding, and Microsoft 365 operations, with emphasis on secure MFA enrollment and access management.

You will maintain device inventory, assist with telecommunication setups, and support senior IT staff in security-awareness initiatives while ensuring smooth daily operations for remote and in-office users.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of IT support or help-desk experience.
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft 365 apps.
• Familiarity with Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and MFA.
• Comfortable assisting remote employees and following checklists.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for routine employee IT issues.
• Troubleshoot Windows, MS 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, printers and peripherals.
• Assist with password resets, MFA enrollments and account lockouts.
• Resolve common workstation, connectivity and software problems; escalate complex issues.
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding for remote US employees and inventory tracking.
