Job summary

Calibre CPA Group in Bethesda, MD is seeking an experienced IT Support & Operations Specialist to provide advanced technical support across our firm’s offices and remote workforce. You will troubleshoot access, devices, and applications, and help maintain reliable IT services.

You will administer Active Directory and Microsoft 365, support deployments, train users, document procedures, and assist with security and compliance. Travel between offices may be required.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent in IT or related field.
• 3-5 years of proven technical support and systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel and support multiple office locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support for employees onsite and remotely.
• Administer user accounts in Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
• Coordinate with vendors and manage escalations.
• Prepare and maintain IT knowledge base and SOPs.
• Deliver employee training on Microsoft 365 and firm software.
• Support technology projects and office deployments.
• Assist with security controls and compliance initiatives.

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent in Information Technology

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field (preferred)
