Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.

• Lead a System Administration and Support Services team; manage hiring and performance.
• Oversee IT operations: tickets, SLAs, patching, security tools.
• Collaborate with DevOps on AWS connectivity; manage AI tools access.
