Job summary

Codelitt and Carbon Residential seek an experienced IT Operations Manager to own and improve internal IT operations across both organizations. The role emphasizes identity and access management, onboarding/offboarding, hardware inventory, SaaS administration, and security practices for a distributed workforce.

You will work with Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and other SaaS platforms, streamline processes, and automate where possible.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT operations for distributed or remote teams.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-based productivity tools.
• Experience with identity and access management and MFA.
• Ability to troubleshoot remote hardware and software issues.
• Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day identity & access management across two organizations.
• Manage employee accounts, groups, and permissions with least-privilege.
• Handle onboarding/offboarding: prepare accounts and hardware.
• Provide remote IT support for devices, apps, and connectivity.
• Maintain hardware inventory and SaaS license management.
• Build and maintain IT docs and runbooks.
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency.
