Job summary

Voltera seeks a Corporate IT Manager to own daily IT operations, SaaS administration, MSP coordination, and asset lifecycle governance. You will partner with the Cybersecurity & Network team but focus on operational execution and scalable IT services for a growing team.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in corporate IT, hands-on Entra ID, and experience with M365, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence, and endpoint management tools. Remote/NYC options offered.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Corporate IT/IT Operations in a growing org.
• Experience managing Corporate IT operations incl. SaaS administration, vendor management, software licensing, and asset lifecycle.
• Proven experience managing an MSP, including service delivery and SLA management.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) including user lifecycle & basic SSO/SCIM support.
• Experience administering enterprise collaboration platforms (Microsoft 365, Slack, Zoom, Jira & Confluence) and endpoint management such as Jamf/Microsoft Intune.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSP relationship with DevFuzion and enforce SLA terms.
• Lead monthly IT reviews and continuous improvement of IT services.
• Manage SaaS portfolio renewals, seat counts, and vendor relationships.
• Coordinate domain migration project and ensure secure onboarding (SCIM/SSO).
• Maintain IT asset lifecycle governance and IAM workflows.
• Provide in-office end-user support and maintain SOPs/runbooks.
