Job summary

Voltera Power is seeking a Corporate IT Manager to run day-to-day IT operations, oversee SaaS licensing, MSP coordination, and asset lifecycle. You will manage Entra ID provisioning, implement basic SSO/SCIM, and maintain documentation across Confluence.

This role also leads AI tool provisioning and domain migrations, ensuring cost visibility and governance. You will partner with cybersecurity and network teams while focusing on operational execution, vendor performance, and scalable IT services

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Corporate IT or IT operations supporting a growing org.
• Experience managing SaaS administration, licensing, and asset lifecycle.
• Experience with MSPs including SLAs and vendor performance.
• Hands-on with Azure AD and basic SSO/SCIM support.
• Experience with M365, Slack, Zoom, Jira/Confluence, and endpoint mgmt.

Responsibilities

• Oversee MSP relationship, track SLA performance and enforce credits.
• Lead monthly IT reviews and ongoing service meetings with MSP.
• Handle end-user provisioning/deprovisioning in Microsoft Entra ID; SSO/SCIM basics.
• Maintain IT asset lifecycle and SaaS portfolio renewals and vendors.
• Drive domain-migration projects and ensure security/compliance reviews for SaaS onboarding.
• Develop and update SOPs and Confluence documentation; provide in-office support as needed.
• Manage AI tool procurement/licensing and monitor usage/costs org-wide.
