Job summary

Finom is seeking an IT Solutions Engineer who builds systems, not just fixes tickets. You will own automation across identity, device, and SaaS governance, writing scripts and wiring multi-system workflows to scale as the team grows beyond 600 employees.

You’ll partner with Security, People Ops, and DevOps to design end-to-end solutions, document everything, and push for reliable, auditable processes while reducing manual work and risk.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT/DevOps engineering with leadership in automation.
• Experience configuring IAM and identity providers, provisioning and deprovisioning.
• Ability to build end-to-end automation with APIs and scripts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain the access lifecycle automation across key applications.
• Integrate core systems via REST APIs, SCIM, and iPaaS tools to create workflows.
• Manage backend identity, SSO, and provisioning flows with JumpCloud and SAML.
• Deliver security controls programs, least-privilege enforcement, and compliant workflows.
• Administer Jira Service Management and Atlassian/Slack/Notion ecosystems.
• Develop endpoint automation for Windows and macOS at scale.
• Identify SaaS cost savings and implement optimization changes.
• Document configurations, flows, and API maps for team continuity.
• Lead small technical projects from requirements to delivery with guidance.
