Finom is expanding its IT Operations team and seeks an experienced IT Support professional to own the employee IT experience. You will troubleshoot Windows/macOS devices, manage onboarding/offboarding in JumpCloud and Google Workspace, and support the tools used daily by Finom staff.

You’ll triage requests in Jira Service Management, write knowledge base articles, and contribute to automation while maintaining security and compliance standards across Europe. Fluency in English is required.

Formación

• 2+ years in IT support, service desk, or a similar user-facing technical role.
• Hands-on troubleshooting of Windows and macOS: hardware, OS, apps, peripherals, and network connectivity.
• Strong customer service: patient, empathetic, and clear with non-technical colleagues under time pressure.
• Experience with ITSM tools, ideally Jira Service Management, and working to SLAs.
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace or M365 administration.
• Familiarity with an MDM (JumpCloud, Intune, or Jamf) and identity providers for enrollment, resets, MFA, SSO.
• Good written ticket notes and knowledge base habits.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Delivering Excellent Internal Support via Jira Service Management and Slack, triaging requests within SLA.
• Troubleshooting Windows and macOS devices remotely, handling enrollment and compliance with JumpCloud MDM.
• Managing onboarding/offboarding in JumpCloud, Google Workspace, and Torii; handling access requests and SSO issues.
• Administering Jira, Confluence, Slack, and Notion; keeping JSM types and knowledge bases accurate and accessible.
• Identifying recurring issues and proposing scripts or automation; supporting security and compliance processes.
