Job summary
Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking an Operations Engineer for our IT Operations team. This fully remote role supports day-to-day operations, maintains system health, and resolves technical issues across the enterprise.
You will monitor systems, respond to alerts, and collaborate with teams to keep services available and perform problem analysis. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Windows servers, cloud environments (AWS/Azure), scripting (PowerShell, Python), and ITIL
Qualifications
- Strong IT infrastructure knowledge across servers, networks, storage.
- Experience with cloud platforms AWS/Azure and virtualization.
- Proficiency in scripting (PowerShell, Python) and automation.
- Familiarity with ITIL and IT service management practices.
- Ability to diagnose issues, document steps, and prevent recurrence.
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems, apps, and infrastructure for high availability.
- Respond to alerts and incidents; act as Incident Manager when needed.
- Troubleshoot Windows servers, VDI, cloud resources, and enterprise apps.
- Perform routine maintenance: patching, backups, log reviews (Commvault).
- Develop automation scripts and documentation for operations.
