Job summary
Lakeview Loan Servicing, LLC is seeking an Operations Engineer to support day-to-day operations, monitor systems, and resolve incidents across our enterprise. This fully remote role offers a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package.
You will work with Windows servers, cloud environments, and on-prem resources, develop automation with PowerShell and Python, and contribute to capacity planning and problem prevention, with strong emphasis on ITIL processes and documentation.
Qualifications
- Experience with IT infrastructure components and ITIL processes.
- Hands-on troubleshooting across Windows servers, virtualization, and cloud resources.
- Ability to create clear incident documentation and post-incident reviews.
Responsibilities
- Monitor systems, applications, and infrastructure to ensure high availability.
- Respond to alerts and incidents, coordinating with teams to resolve issues.
- Perform troubleshooting across Windows servers, cloud and on-prem resources.
- Complete routine maintenance, patching, backups, and log reviews.
- Develop automation scripts and maintain configuration management.
- Document incidents, processes, and configurations for knowledge sharing.
