The role covers Cisco networking, Windows Server, VMware vCenter, AD, WSUS, SolarWinds, and enterprise backup in a hands-on infrastructure capacity, with an overnight schedule Friday through Tuesday, 11:00 PM–8:00 AM.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT infrastructure experience in an enterprise environment.
• Cisco CLI experience and hands-on networking troubleshooting.
• Windows Server administration and WSUS patch management.
• VMware vCenter, Active Directory administration, and infrastructure monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on incident response and problem resolution.
• Collaborate with teams to manage and prioritize tasks during shifts.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise infrastructure across Windows and network layers.
