Remote Source, Inc. is seeking a versatile IT Support & Systems Engineer to own multi-platform endpoint management across macOS, Windows, and Linux. You will automate device provisioning, configure enrollment scripts, and scale deployment pipelines to support a growing team.

The role focuses on identity and access management with Active Directory and Google Workspace, SSO, and secure access controls, while providing Tier 2/3 technical support and maintaining comprehensive IT documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multi-platform endpoints in enterprise environments.
• Strong scripting skills for deployment and automation (Bash, Zsh, PowerShell).
• Facilities with identity providers, SSO, and directory services.

Responsabilités

• Administer endpoint fleet with MDM platforms and script deployments.
• Troubleshoot Tier 2/3 issues across macOS, Windows, and Linux.

We are seeking a versatile and highly skilled IT Support & Systems Engineer to manage our multi-platform endpoint environment and support our growing team. In this role, you will be the go-to technical resource for our team, ensuring seamless daily operations while actively automating and scaling our device deployment infrastructure. The ideal candidate possesses deep expertise across macOS and Windows environments (with a solid working knowledge of Linux), has hands‑on experience with identity provider integrations, and is highly proficient in modern MDM scripting and automation.

Endpoint Management & Automation

• Manage, configure, and secure fleet devices using MDM platforms (Kandji, Jamf Pro, or Ivanti).
• Write and maintain custom deployment scripts (Bash, Zsh, PowerShell) to automate out-of-box enrollment, application installation, and system configurations.

Identity & Access Management

• Manage and administer user lifecycles, permissions, and group policies using Active Directory and Google Workspace Enterprise.
• Maintain directory integrations, single sign‑on (SSO) configurations, and security access controls.

Cross-Platform Support

• Provide Tier 2/3 engineering and daily troubleshooting support for macOS (60%), Windows (35%), and Linux (5%) environments. Daily Operations & Troubleshooting
• Resolve hardware, software, network, and peripheral issues for local and remote users.
• Maintain detailed IT documentation, inventory assets, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
