Job summary

Location3 Media, a Denver-based company, is seeking an IT support professional to join our in-house IT team. You will serve as the internal contact for technology, handling help desk tasks and Microsoft 365 administration from a remote location with periodic Glendale office visits.

The role includes setup and offboarding, security coordination, and vendor liaison to keep systems running smoothly and securely. Eligible for company bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years in IT support, help desk or Microsoft 365 administration.
• Microsoft certification required or expected within a defined period after hire.
• Intune, Defender, Purview, PowerShell or Microsoft Graph a plus.

Responsibilities

• Internal IT support and help desk as primary contact for employee requests across hardware, software, accounts, and connectivity.
• Microsoft 365 administration including user profiles, mailboxes, Teams access, SharePoint permissions, Entra ID, and license assignment.
• New hire setup and offboarding including account creation, device prep, and access revocation.
• Systems, security and vendor coordination with managed service providers and telecom vendors.
• Documentation and process improvement for onboarding, offboarding, and help desk processes.
