Job summary

Kukui is seeking a hands-on IT Manager to own our internal IT function end-to-end. This remote, US-based role will lead a small team, oversee cloud SaaS, endpoints, identity and security, and managed colocation infrastructure.

Immediate contract with intent to convert to permanent, coordinating with an offshore systems team. The role requires strong IT management experience, on-premises and cloud SaaS administration, and governance of identity, access, and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in IT management or senior systems administration; experience with distributed/offshore teams.
• Hands-on administration of Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace at tenant/admin level.
• Strong identity and access management discipline (credential hygiene).
• Endpoint management: Dell procurement, imaging, and end-user support.
• DNS/registrar administration.
• Familiarity with an EDR/XDR platform (Cynet a plus).
• Experience coordinating colocation/data-center operations via remote hands.
• Self-directed and organized; able to bring structure to a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own identity, access & security across all systems; lead security posture.
• Oversee SaaS tools: Google Workspace, M365, Zoom, Gong, Jira Service Desk; Salesforce/Planhat administration.
• Coordinate two colocation data centers; offshore team support and on-site hardware changes as needed.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle: devices, imaging, provisioning, and support.
• Handle IT provisioning for onboarding/offboarding and vendor management.
• Lead and develop the US-based Salesforce/Planhat administrator; align with People/HR.
