Job summary

MissionStaff seeks an experienced IT leader to oversee day-to-day technology operations for a firm specializing in identity intelligence solutions. You will manage a three-person IT team and coordinate infrastructure, both on-premises and in the cloud, while handling vendor relations and ensuring compliance.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in IT with at least 4 years in management, strong leadership with hands-on approach, and deep knowledge of virtualization, networking, and AWS.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in IT with at least 4 years in a management role
• Proven leadership with hands-on approach
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware)
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking (802.1q, DNS, DHCP, Gateways)
• Skilled in cloud environments, especially AWS
• Knowledge of Active Directory, server patching, updates, and maintenance
• Proficiency with mobile device management platforms and endpoint security
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
