Job summary

Luckie & Co. is seeking a dynamic Information Technology Manager to lead the IT services function. You will oversee on-premise infrastructure, security, and end-user support while ensuring SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and strong vendor management.

The role requires hands-on leadership, collaboration with executives, and the ability to support multiple offices with AWS and on-prem hosting. Flexible office attendance is expected as part of a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years' experience supporting 50+ people across multiple offices.
• Direct experience maintaining on-premise server and network hardware.
• Experience managing a mixed macOS and Windows environment.
• Experience negotiating software/hardware vendor contracts and renewals.
• AWS and/or virtualized hosting experience.
• Experience in audited control environments (SOC 2 or HITRUST).

Responsibilities

• Lead IT strategy and ongoing technology initiatives for Luckie & Co.
• Oversee on-premises server, network, and security infrastructure.
• Manage help desk, ticketing, and user support processes.
• Ensure SOC 2 Type 2 compliance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate vendor contracts and licensing; manage budget.
• Support development team with hosting environments and CI/CD tooling.
• Supervise one direct report and set team priorities.
