Responsibilities

• Act as Solution Manager for Batch Systems IT projects, including large initiatives and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive timelines.
• Stay updated on process automation technologies to drive improvements.
• Ensure project teams are staffed to deliver commitments effectively.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and dependencies with stakeholders.
• Lead delivery across multiple projects and coordinate with internal and external staff.
• Bring batch technology expertise into Ross business and IT discussions.
