Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience supporting project execution in a medium to large company, focusing on technology infrastructure.
• Understanding of IT infrastructure building blocks including OS, database, storage, backups, monitoring, network, load balancer, firewall (on-prem and cloud).
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication; strong collaboration across levels.
• MS Office, Microsoft Project, Teams, OneDrive, Visio; PMO tools such as OnePlan, Primavera, Planview.
• Experience with Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid delivery methodologies; PM certification such as PBA, CSM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional IT infrastructure projects and ensure Ross SDLC compliance.
• Plan projects, manage risks, engage stakeholders, and handle change management and QA.
• Prepare progress reports, presentations, and documentation to enable stakeholder reviews.
• Mentor junior analysts and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
• Collaborate with IT Contracts for SOW reviews and signatures; coordinate testing activities.
