Job summary

Ross Stores is seeking an Enterprise Systems Management Engineer II to design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale IT systems that support critical business operations. You’ll ensure high availability, performance, and security across servers, applications, and infrastructure, while managing batch scheduling and data integrations.

The role requires 7–10 years in enterprise tools, experience with BMC Control-M, Splunk, and Dynatrace, and a strong DevOps mindset to collaborate with IT teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• 7–10 years of experience in Enterprise Tools system design, implementation, and 3rd level support activities.
• Experience installing, configuring, and administering systems management and observability tools (e.g., BMC Control‑M, Splunk, Dynatrace).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-scale IT systems to support critical business operations.
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security across servers, applications, and infrastructure.
• Manage and maintain batch scheduling infrastructure to support automated job processing, workflows, and data integrations.
• Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and optimize processes for reliable operation.
