Job summary

National Field Representatives, Inc. seeks a hands-on people leader to serve as Manager of Programming and Data Services in Claremont, NH.

The role directs design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software and supports analytics across the organization. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of direct programming/team leadership, 10+ years in software dev, and a Bachelor’s in CS or MIS, with strong SQL, .NET, Azure, and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years directly leading a programming, development and data team.
• 10 years of software development experience including 5 years in a team-based environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in CS or MIS.

Responsibilities

• Lead the programming and data services team to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain enterprise software applications.
• Support data integration, reporting, and analytics; establish development standards and quality processes; collaborate with stakeholders; hands-on coding.
