Job summary

NTT DATA, Inc. seeks a Sr. Principal Program Manager to lead large, enterprise IT programs in a healthcare environment. You will work with infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT and business leadership to deliver complex programs on time and within budget.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management and experience delivering cross-functional initiatives across vendors and internal teams in a hybrid Nashville/Plano setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in project and program management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Healthcare industry experience highly desirable.
• PMP or PgMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and programs simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex IT programs with focus on Infrastructure and Security/Cybersecurity initiatives.
• Partner with Infrastructure, Security, IT and business leaders to establish program strategy, priorities, roadmaps and delivery plans.
• Manage multiple projects and workstreams, including scope, schedule, budget, dependencies, risks, issues and business outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across internal technology teams, business stakeholders, vendors, consultants and implementation partners.
• Identify and proactively manage program-level risks, dependencies, escalations and delivery challenges.
• Provide clear executive-level reporting, program dashboards, recommendations and decision support to senior leadership and steering committees.
• Ensure programs meet healthcare regulatory, security, compliance and organizational requirements.
