Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience leading large-scale IT programs.
• 5+ years of experience leading and developing delivery teams.
• Proven expertise in program planning, governance, budgeting, scheduling, and delivery management.
• Experience partnering with executive, client, and delivery leadership.
• Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, and building high-performing teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and analytical problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead large IT services programs across Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, Service Desk, End User Computing, Applications, Data & Analytics, and Managed Services.
• Develop and oversee integrated program plans, budgets, milestones, deliverables and dependencies.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate stakeholders across client, business, technology and delivery orgs.
• Serve as liaison to client executives, delivering strategic guidance and partnerships.
• Establish governance with executive reporting, risks, issues, dependencies, changes and escalation.
• Drive continuous improvement and delivery excellence in a matrixed environment.
