Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking an experienced senior project leader to drive complex, cross‑functional technology initiatives within the CDSD division of CRG. You will own scope, schedule, budget, resources, risks, and governance to deliver transformation programs.

You will manage multiple workstreams, coordinate with technical and business stakeholders, and ensure adoption, business readiness, and benefits realization across large-scale programs.

Qualifications

• 10 years of overall IT experience with significant experience managing complex technology projects.
• 7 years of ownership of large, cross‑functional IT initiatives from initiation through deployment and closure.
• 5 years of experience managing multiple workstreams, vendors, dependencies, and distributed teams.
• Strong ability to develop and manage integrated project plans covering scope, schedule, resources, budget, quality, dependencies, and readiness.
• Extensive project financial management experience including budgeting, forecasting, actuals, variances, and reporting.
• Hands‑on experience managing vendors, contracts, SOWs, and third‑party deliverables.
• Strong experience with risk, issue, dependency, decision, and recovery management.
• Proven ability to identify troubled projects and develop recovery plans.
• Experience managing dependencies across integrations, data, cloud/SaaS, testing, deployment, and release readiness.
• Strong governance and documentation experience.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead 1-2 complex technology projects simultaneously with end‑to‑end ownership from initiation to closure.
• Develop, maintain, and execute integrated project plans covering scope, milestones, schedule, resources, and budget.
• Translate objectives into clear workstreams, deliverables, milestones, and ownership.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and dependencies to ensure delivery.
• Partner with business leaders to align technology delivery with transformation goals and business readiness.
• Provide executive‑level status reporting and drive decision making to keep projects on track.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and financials throughout the lifecycle.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and controls are embedded in delivery and reporting.
