National Field Representatives (NFR) in Claremont, NH is seeking a Manager of Programming and Data Services to lead the programming and data services team. This role directs design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of enterprise software while supporting data integration, reporting, and analytics.

Qualifications include 5+ years managing a programming and data team, 10+ years software development with 5+ years in teams, and a CS or MIS degree.

NFR maintains properties for mortgage companies by working closely with our nationwide network of contractors and inspectors. Our Information Technology Department has an opening for a Manager of Programming and Data Services. This position will manage the programming and data services team to include directing the design, development, testing, deployment and maintenance of enterprise software applications. This position supports data integration, reporting, and analytics; establishes development standards and quality processes; collaborates with stakeholders; and performs hands-on coding.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years experience directly managing a programming, development and data team in addition to 10 years of software development experience including 5 years in a team-based environment. A Bachelor’s Degree in CS or MIS.

Management skills required - 5+ years directly managing a programming team.

Technical skills needed include expertise in SQL and relational data modeling; Microsoft .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET Core, REST APIs); Azure cloud solutions; GitHub Enterprise and CI/CD automation; enterprise application and API integrations; AI-enabled applications, agents, copilots, and automation solutions, along with a strong foundation in software architecture, object-oriented design, Agile development, security best practices, debugging, and modern software engineering methodologies.

Strong customer service, communication, management and leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and thrive in a fast-paced environment are necessary.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in enterprise software development; Microsoft technologies including SQL Server, Power Platform, Fabric, and Power BI; Azure cloud services and AI technologies such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Copilot Studio, Semantic Kernel, and RAG architectures. Additional experience with microservices, containerization, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), cloud migration, legacy system modernization, Delphi development, and web/mobile applications is preferred.

These positions are remote with an option to work hybrid or in office from our NH office. Remote locations are available only in the following states: AL, DE, FL, GA, IA, KS, MS, NC, NH, SC, TX and VT
