Job summary

DGR Systems in Tampa is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. You will quote, build client relationships, and support quoting and order management from our Tampa headquarters.

Qualifications

• Prior IT sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Knowledge of OEM direct and distribution sources of supply and quote-to-order process is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to work in team and individual settings.
• Minimum 2 years in a professional work environment; 1 year IT sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate and provide day-to-day support of all quoting and order management activities.
• Respond to customer requirements within stated time frames (RFQs, order processing, product info, order tracking).
• Maintain knowledge of OEM products, registration programs, and pricing strategies.
• Collaborate with field account teams and provide top-level support for sales activities.
• Manage CRM and ensure accurate representation of the pipeline.
• Coordinate product logistics to provide timely shipping and arrival dates.
• Communicate effectively with Distribution and Manufacturers.
