Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company is seeking an experienced Supplier Development Leader for the Data Centers Americas segment. You will build and scale a high-quality, agile supply chain with strategic suppliers to support North America growth and NPIs, while driving quality, cost, and delivery improvements.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Engineering, Materials, Procurement, and Quality teams to align supplier capabilities with new product introductions and capacity investments.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in supply chain or supplier development, preferably in configured to order or engineered to order business.
• 2+ years in capacity modeling and operational diagnostics.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field; Master's is a plus.
• Strong Lean/Six Sigma experience to improve supplier quality and capacity.

Responsibilities

• Support capacity expansion with supply chain and manufacturing teams.
• Monitor supplier performance metrics (Quality, Delivery, Cost, Innovation) and drive improvements.
• Conduct on-site supplier audits to assess capacity, staffing, tooling, and process stability.
• Lead targeted development engagements for critical or at-risk suppliers and drive RCA.
• Identify supply chain risks and develop contingency plans for uninterrupted production.
• Champion lean and Six Sigma across supplier base to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
