Job summary

Modine Manufacturing Company seeks a Senior Manager to lead strategy, architecture, and delivery of enterprise networking across campus, data centers, and cloud. You will own design and modernization programs, align with security and business needs, and mentor a global network engineering team to ensure high availability and cost-effective connectivity.

The role requires strong leadership, deep Cisco/Aruba expertise, and the ability to drive initiatives across multiple sites and functions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
10+ years of enterprise network architecture, engineering, and operations.
3+ years of direct people leadership in network teams.
Experience designing and operating Cisco and Aruba solutions in enterprise environments.
Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, switching, VLANs, QoS, OSPF, BGP, wireless networking, and network security.
Proven ability to lead complex infra initiatives from architecture through implementation and stabilization.
Strong troubleshooting and vendor/stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategy, architecture, and roadmap for enterprise networking technologies (LAN/WAN/WLAN/SD-WAN/cloud).
Design scalable, secure, and resilient network solutions for operations and manufacturing.
Drive modernization: wireless transformation, segmentation, automation, cloud networking, monitoring.
Oversee planning, deployment, migration, and optimization of network infra globally.
Establish and maintain standards, change management, and operational best practices.
Collaborate with IT, security, apps, and business teams to meet performance and compliance.
Provide technical leadership and act as escalation point for complex incidents.
Manage routing, switching, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, internet edge, and cloud connectivity.
Lead a global network engineering team: workforce planning, performance, and development.
Communicate priorities and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders and vendors.
