Job summary

Modine seeks an elite executive to lead Data Centers Americas Aftermarket and Systems & Controls, owning lifecycle support and expanding interconnection and system-level controls for Modine’s thermal management platforms.

You will bridge field services with digital remote monitoring, scale a robust regional service network, and drive software/hardware product roadmaps with a strong focus on high-margin recurring revenue. Significant travel and cross-functional leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or Business/Finance; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years general management in a fast-growth environment with full P&L responsibility.
• P&L ownership of a $250M+ business unit or high-growth division.
• 3+ years launching or scaling a technical service organization, controls/IoT division, or industrial software business.
• Familiarity with building automation and industrial controls.

Responsibilities

• Provide General Management for both Aftermarket and Systems & Controls units, guiding them from growth to maturity.
• Define and execute commercial roadmaps and service contracts for both units; explore recurring software and remote monitoring models.
• Scale a regional service network with high-margin recurring revenue.
• Oversee lifecycle support for data center installations (commissioning, maintenance, parts, retrofits, service agreements).
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, service operations, and sales.
• Travel 25–50% across North America to engage key customers and partners.
