Job summary

Sentinel Technologies, Inc. seeks a skilled Support Analyst to manage identities (Microsoft Entra ID) and endpoints in a hybrid IT environment. You will deploy applications, administer Windows Server and Google Workspace, and troubleshoot complex issues across cloud and on-premises infrastructure.

Remote work is possible with occasional onsite support in Dayton, Ohio, and you must travel as needed. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in systems administration or technical support, strong IAM and

Qualifications

• 5+ years in systems administration or technical support.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and IAM.
• Experience administering Intune and endpoint management.
• Experience with mobile device management, app deployment, and device compliance.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and cloud infrastructure administration.
• Certs: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102), AZ-104, SC-300.
• Google Workspace Administrator cert or training.
• Experience supporting K-12 institutions is a plus.
• Experience managing Active Directory, Group Policy, users, permissions.
• Experience with Windows Server administration.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace Admin Console.
• Experience supporting hybrid Microsoft and Google environments.
• Knowledge of Cisco Umbrella or similar DNS security solutions.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service skills.
• Candidate must have a car and valid driver's license for travel.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain our enterprise IT environment.
• Manage user identities and access in Microsoft Entra ID.
• Deploy and maintain applications across devices.
• Administer endpoint devices and provide device compliance.
• Support cloud and on-premises infrastructure in a hybrid IT environment.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues for technical and non-technical users.
• Travel between locations and transport equipment as needed.
