Job summary
Sentinel Technologies, Inc. is seeking an IT Field Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, tablets, and smartphones at client sites in Dayton, Ohio. You will also support network troubleshooting and optimization, ensuring security updates are applied.

Qualifications
- Troubleshoot Chromebooks and Windows laptops.
- Reset passwords.
- Repair devices with troubleshooting experience.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
- Experience with Cisco routers and switches.
- Perform routine system updates/patches for security and performance.
- Must have a car for travel between locations and equipment transport.
- Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance.
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- ACE attitude: Attitude, Compassion, Enthusiasm for quality customer service.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
- Troubleshoot and optimize the network infrastructure for the client.
