Qualifications

• Enrolled as Incoming Junior, or Senior at an accredited college or university.
• Grade point average of at least 2.5.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork abilities.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
• Good computer skills, including proficiency with Excel.

Responsibilities

• IT intern may research unusual bugs or issues the company encounters.
• Intern must support the IT team in the maintenance of hardware, software and other systems.
• Intern assists more experienced analysts in identifying and facilitating practices and procedures which result in successful conversions, updates, and recovery procedures.
• Intern helps with call tracking and records interactions with customers while meeting KPI.
• Intern may research hosting options and report pricing and system options to supervisors.
• Intern participates in development of new desktops, servers or applications.
