You will provide basic technical assistance to users, troubleshoot common hardware and software issues, and help maintain smooth day-to-day technology operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy technology, troubleshooting, and helping others resolve computer-related problems.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of computers, operating systems, software applications, and internet connectivity.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
