Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required (IT coursework or degree is a plus).
• 1+ year of IT support experience (Help Desk, Desktop Support, or equivalent).
• IT Certifications (CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or similar preferred).
• Experience with customer service and technical troubleshooting you know how to keep users happy.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of defense; answer IT support requests via email, chat, and phone.
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues quickly to keep our team moving.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
• Administer systems like Active Directory and Office 365.
• Apply security updates, follow IT best practices, and educate users.
• Keep clear records of troubleshooting steps and system changes.
• Escalate complex issues and work with the IT team on process improvements.
