Qualifications

• Experience in Customer or Technical Support, ideally in a call center or software/hardware context.
• Strong technical aptitude to troubleshoot software, hardware, or tech products.
• Excellent communication to explain solutions clearly to customers.
• Problem-solving mindset with a calm, professional approach.
• Willingness to work a 40-hour flexible schedule within normal business hours.
• Comfortable with remote work and a reliable home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Be the first line of support; answer calls from customers and installers with guidance on operations and installation support.
• Deliver top-notch customer experience with clear, friendly, and professional assistance.
• Guide and troubleshoot over the phone to resolve issues efficiently.
• Teach and train installers and customers on proper equipment installation and maintenance.
• Problem-solve and administer service programs to resolve technical issues long-term.
• Coordinate on-site dispatch for hands-on support when needed.
• Keep daily logs and records of service calls, issues, and resolutions.
• Help identify product improvements based on feedback and troubleshooting.
