Job summary

Pearlman Group, headquartered in Suwanee, GA, is seeking a Help Desk Support Specialist to design, develop, and support internal solutions and ensure the availability of business applications and reporting environments.

The ideal candidate will troubleshoot and resolve issues, communicate with business leaders, and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced team. This full-time role requires 3+ years in technical support and strong Windows/O365 skills.

Qualifications

At least 3 years in technical support or helpdesk role.
Proficiency with Windows operating systems; server and desktop OS.
Experience with Azure Active Directory and Exchange.
Experience with O365 Administration supporting Intune, MFA, and Self-Service Password Tools.
Knowledge and experience supporting, troubleshooting, and configuring PC hardware onsite and remotely.
Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint on Windows.
Associate degree or 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Serve as the initial contact for reporting of technical issues and questions about software/hardware/network.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Follow available resources and use remote access, admin tools, and related utilities to implement solutions.
Elevate issues to the appropriate resources when needed.
Document requests for assistance in the ticket system and track incidents to resolution.
Prioritize work and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Collaborate in a fast-paced, customer-oriented team and support organizational goals.
Perform other duties as assigned.
