Job summary

Cayuse Civil Services, LLC is seeking a Service Desk Agent to deliver customer service and technical support remotely. You will handle first-line troubleshooting, logging interactions, and providing timely resolutions to users across Windows, Mac, and mobile devices.

In this role you will work from a fully remote environment, navigate ServiceNow, and assist clients during scheduled hours with strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and clear communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; related IT support experience preferred.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM and customer service environments.
• Strong communication, problem solving and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service and troubleshoot technology problems.
• Record problems in the problem management tool and follow guidelines.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and escalate when needed.
• Support mobile devices, video conferencing units, IP telephony.
• Create end-user accounts and manage permissions; remote support tasks.
