Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in Service Desk or Customer Service preferred.
• 2–5 years in computer systems or IT support.
• Experience with ServiceNow ITSM.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to resolve technology problems.
• Operate within guidelines to deliver a full range of services.
• Provide complex troubleshooting and record problems in the system.
• Assist customers promptly and log interactions for escalations.
• Perform first-line troubleshooting and remote diagnostics.
• Provide device and remote desktop support across Windows, Mac, and mobile.
