Job summary

Qualifications
- 1–3 years of help desk or IT support experience.
- Comfortable supporting macOS, Windows and iOS devices.
- Familiar with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Apple Business Manager, and Mosyle.
Responsibilities
- Monitor IT/helpdesk channels and fix common issues (password resets, login problems, access requests).
- Handle onboarding tickets in Linear from start to finish (accounts, device setup).
- Create user accounts and set permissions in core platforms.
