Qualifications

• 1 year IT experience required.
• Experience with Google Workspace and device setup.
• Strong hardware setup and basic software troubleshooting.
• Ability to provision access and log in Day 1 for new hires.

Responsibilities

• New Hire Technology Onboarding: Set up laptops, phones, accounts and desks for new hires.
• Hardware Setup & Repair: Assemble and troubleshoot computers, printers, peripherals.
• Equipment Movement & Support: Move and configure equipment for office changes.
• Accounts & Access: Manage Google Workspace accounts, resets and provisioning.
