Job summary

Leidos is hiring for an IT Governance & Service Management PMO role focused on centralized governance, performance, and risk oversight across the TOMCAT environment. Remote work with onsite presence as required, reporting to TSA leadership and coordinating across multiple teams.

The position requires a BA with 4+ years or a Master’s with 2+ years, ITIL 4 Foundation, and preferred PMP. Expect dashboards, executive reporting, and compliance support as part of day-to-day responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Requires a BA degree and 4+ years of relevant experience or a Master’s with 2+ years experience.
• IT governance, PMO, IT service management experience in enterprise or federal IT.
• ITIL 4 Foundation and related governance processes are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain IT governance processes, procedures, reporting mechanisms, and management controls.
• Monitor SLA performance, metrics, service trends, and performance objectives across areas.
• Coordinate governance forums, reviews, PMRs, working groups, and stakeholder meetings.
• Maintain registers for risks, issues, dependencies, and corrective actions.
• Track milestones, staff needs, commitments, and performance across workstreams.
• Develop executive dashboards, management reports, and status briefings.
• Analyze data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate corrective actions across PMO, cybersecurity, engineering, and quality.
• Support audit readiness, compliance reviews, and evidence maintenance.
• Ensure accurate information in approved systems of record.
• Coordinate ITSM/ITOM governance across TOMCAT service areas.
• Support transition, readiness, stabilization, and continual improvement.
