Responsibilities

• Be able to work various shifts: e.g. early mornings, normal business hours, or after hours.
• Coordinate and dispatch field technicians for service calls, installations, and project work.
• Manage scheduling calendars, technician availability, and project timelines.
• Serve as a primary communication point between customers, field teams, vendors, and management.
• Monitor and respond to incoming emails, service requests, and operational communications.
• Track project progress, update internal systems, and help ensure deadlines are met.
• Assist with onboarding technicians and supporting company operational procedures.
• Organize and maintain project documentation, photos, reports, and customer records.
• Help coordinate procurement, shipping, inventory, and equipment logistics when needed.
• Support customers with professionalism, urgency, and attention to detail.
• Assist project managers with administrative and operational tasks related to ongoing deployments and support operations.
• Help maintain accurate records for invoicing, work orders, and service documentation.
• Identify scheduling conflicts or operational issues and proactively help resolve them.
