Everise, Inc. is seeking a Specialist – IT Desktop Support to join our IT team.

You will provide desktop support across the organization and work closely with the Corporate Technology group and external customers to resolve issues and keep systems running smoothly. The role requires a CS degree with 2–4 years in desktop IT, familiarity with Windows admin, Active Directory, Exchange, remote access, and basic Cisco networking.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with 2–4 years IT desktop experience.
• Certifications such as A+ and MCSE are desirable.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Willingness to work off-hours as required.
• Experience in presenting to and interacting with external partners.

Responsibilities

• Provide all levels of IT desktop and user support.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Technology team and customers.
• Administer Windows applications, AD, Exchange, and remote access.
• Maintain patching, imaging, DNS/DHCP/WINS, and basic Cisco services.
